Introduction
Welcome to Luxury Limousine (https://luxurylimousine.dk/). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including airport transfers, chauffeur services, and any other offerings provided by Luxury Limousine. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Luxury Limousine specializes in providing premium chauffeur-driven transportation services, including but not limited to:
- Airport Transfers (to and from Copenhagen Airport CPH)
- Hourly Chauffeur Services
- Wedding Services
- Corporate Shuttles
- Custom Tours and Event Transportation
2. Booking and Payment
- Advance Booking: We recommend booking your service at least 2 hours in advance. For special events or peak seasons, earlier booking is advised.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
- Payment Due: Full payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as agreed during the reservation process. No upfront deposit is generally required for standard services.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- 50% Partial Refund: A 50% partial refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
4. Waiting Time Policy
- Airport Pick-ups: We offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport arrivals from the scheduled flight landing time.
- Non-Airport Pick-ups: A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is provided for all other pick-up locations.
- Overtime Charges: Beyond the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate, billed in 15-minute increments.
5. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (passenger fails to arrive at the designated pick-up location within the waiting time and without prior communication), the full booked service amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
6. Passenger Rules and Conduct
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and to maintain the quality of our vehicles, we require adherence to the following rules:
- No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
- No Illegal Substances: The possession or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Passenger Limits: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the booked vehicle.
- Luggage Limits: Luggage must be within the vehicle's capacity and safely secured. Excessive luggage may require an additional vehicle at extra cost.
- Responsible Behavior: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards the chauffeur and the vehicle. Any damage to the vehicle caused by irresponsible behavior will be charged to the passenger.
7. Liabilities and Disclaimers
- Limitation of Liability for Delays: Luxury Limousine is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, extreme weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or acts of God. While we strive for punctuality, no guarantees are made regarding exact arrival or departure times in such unforeseen circumstances.
- Lost Items: Luxury Limousine is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to return lost items if found, but it is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings upon exiting the vehicle.
- Passenger Responsibility for Flight Times: It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure they book their airport transfer with sufficient time to meet their flight departure. We are not liable for missed flights due to late booking or insufficient buffer time.
- Service Interruption: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger who, in the chauffeur's judgment, poses a threat to safety, is abusive, or violates these terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall primarily be resolved through good faith negotiations. Should a resolution not be reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with Danish law. The courts of Denmark, specifically in Copenhagen, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
