We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid charges. For weddings and special events, we require 72 hours notice. Cancellations made within these windows will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard services. For peak periods (weekends, holidays, special events) we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Wedding services should be booked at least 3 months prior.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash. Corporate accounts may be set up with invoicing terms. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for all services.

Yes, we provide EU-approved child seats at no additional cost. Please specify your requirements (age/weight of child) when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat. Our chauffeurs are trained in proper installation.

Service animals are always welcome. For pets, we allow them in our vehicles with prior arrangement and may apply a cleaning fee. Pets must be in carriers unless otherwise agreed. Please inform us when booking if you'll be traveling with animals.
